Omstreeks oktober is de klanttevredenheid door een onafhankelijk bureau onderzocht bij de bewoners van Stichting Ludgerus met Zorgverlening door Ludgerus. Stichting Ludgerus is een woonzorgcentrum met 250 woningen in de wijk Keizerslanden.
De klanttevredenheid is zeer hoog beoordeeld. Het hoge aantal beantwoorde vragenlijsten, 85%, met daarbij de uitkomsten geven blijk van een zeer hoge klanttevredenheid. Het aanbevelingscijfer voor Ludgerus bij vrienden en familie is gemiddeld een 9.1. Een mooie score.
Maar ook voor de vrijwilligers werd het jaar goed afgesloten. Zij zijn in het zonnetje gezet.
De vrijwilligers van Ludgerus zijn merendeel de bewoners zelf. Zij zorgen dat het in en om Ludgerus goed draait en alles er netjes uitziet. De tuinmannen waren dit jaar genomineerd voor de vrijwilligersprijs “Zorgzame organisatie”. Tijdens de vrijwilligersavond op 23 november in de Deventer schouwburg kregen de tuinmannen van Ludgerus deze gemeentelijke vrijwilligersprijs overhandigd.
